About the role

Design and run an AI-native PMM system built on a structured knowledge base and powered by agents that produces messaging, battlecards, decks, and enablement materials on demand for CFO and COO buyers at private equity, venture, and real assets firms.

What you'll do

  • Design and maintain the structured knowledge base that grounds every agent output: product capabilities, vertical positioning, competitive intelligence, customer proof points, and buyer personas, organized for accurate retrieval and reasoning.
  • Build, deploy, and iterate on AI agents that generate messaging frameworks, battlecards, one-pagers, decks, email sequences, and enablement materials directly from the knowledge base, owning the full stack: prompt architecture, retrieval logic, output templates, and feedback loops.
  • Own editorial quality and system trust by reviewing and refining agent-generated outputs before they reach internal teams, ensuring outputs hold up to the standard of sophisticated enterprise buyers.
  • Run the internal PMM service layer by fielding asset requests from sales, CS, partnerships, and pipeline marketing, and maintaining feedback loops that surface knowledge gaps and agent errors.
  • Define and track system performance metrics including seller feedback, asset utilization, and win rates by segment and vertical, using that data to set priorities and make the case for investment.

What we're looking for

  • Product marketing foundation with several years of B2B marketing experience; understands how PMM works with cross-functional partners and how to systematize the function.
  • Genuine AI fluency: has built workflows using LLMs, agents, or AI automation tools in a real marketing context, with clear judgment about where AI accelerates work and where human judgment matters.
  • Editorial judgment: can distinguish between output that sounds right and output that reflects how a sophisticated enterprise buyer actually thinks about their problem.
  • Operational rigor: comfortable building and maintaining systems, thinking in workflows, and diagnosing process breakdowns without being prompted.
  • Experience in financial services, fintech, or complex enterprise SaaS strongly preferred; familiarity with fund operations, investor relations, or private markets workflows is a meaningful advantage.
